Old Glory Bank Announces $250M SPAC Merger with DAAQ
Old Glory Bank will merge with Digital Asset Acquisition Corp (DAAQ) in a $250 million deal to create a Nasdaq-listed OGB Financial Company offering banking and crypto services. The transaction includes $176 million in DAAQ's trust and at least $50 million in additional PIPE funding, expected to close in Q1 or early Q2 2026.
Ben Carson will serve as chairman of the merged entity.
